Shipping policy

In order for us to give our customers flexibility and the best value, we have two shipping policies depending on our customers preference.

Australian Standard Shipping:

Your order will be shipped in the next business day. From that point, it takes 3-7 business days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on your product at all times.

Australian Express Shipping:

Your order will be shipped in the next business day. From that point, it takes 2-3 business days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on your product at all times.

New Zealand Standard Shipping:

Your order will be shipped in the next business day. From that point, it takes 7-14 business days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on your product at all times.

New Zealand Express Shipping:

Your order will be shipped in the next business day. From that point, it takes 4-7 business days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on your product at all times.

Other International Countries:

Unfortunately, international shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand is not available at this time. We are working towards making international shipping available for our customers outside of Australia and New Zealand soon!
