1. When will my item be shipped?

Answer: This will depend on your shipping preference you select at time of check out. For Australian standard shipping, your order will be shipped within two business day. For Australian express shipping, your order will be shipped within the next business day.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: For Australian standard shipping, expect between 3-7 business days. For Australian express shipping, expect 2-3 business days.

3. Do you offer refunds?

Answer: Yes, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging including any clear plastic wrap. Each item has been individually inspected prior to dispatch to ensure there are no damages. Please contact rockabybumbum@outlook.com for instructions on how and where to return the item.

4. What can I use as proof of purchase?
Answer: You may use your e-receipt tax invoice.

5. What if my item was damaged, incorrect or faulty?
Answer: In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us by emailing rockabybumbum@outlook.com and we will be happy to assist in arranging your return.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel your order if the item has not yet been shipped.
